Fix embedded XPM images

Osiris uses some embedded XPM files, such as qtlogo_xpm. This makes updating these logos terrible.

Need to either embed the updated Osiris logo and change the references, or re-implement it so it can just use the PNG log file...

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
